Registration:

There are no special conditions for registering .NO.COM domain names. If the domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions.

A renewal extends the domain name for a 1 to 9 years period. Renewal procedure must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will switch to redemption status for a 30 days period before being destroyed.
