Registration:

The registration of a .NO domain name is restricted with the rules below

  • the owner must be a company/organisation entity registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre in Norway and have one of these forms of organization
  • the owner can have up to 20 domains directly under the .no domain
  • the administrative contact must


   In order to complete the registration, the owner must sign an application form for domain registration in .NO and sent it back to NETIM. The registration will not be accepted if the document is not provided. (NETIM will provide this document prefilled by email)

Renewal:

A renewal extends the domain name for 1 year. Renewal procedures must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will be removed.


Change of registrar:

Actually it is not possible to transfer your .NO towards NETIM.
