A renewal extends the domain name for a 1 to 9 years period. Renewal procedure must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will switch to redemption status for a 30 days period before being destroyed. Change of owner:

The procedure is carried out manually using paper forms and allows the owner to sell a domain name to a third party. The seller and the buyer have to fill a form and send it back to NETIM. Then our service will check manually the request before complete the ownership transfer.
