There are no special conditions for registering .PT domain names. If your .PT domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organization or private individual. You do not need to reside in Portugal or, for companies, to be set up in Portugal.

A renewal extends the domain name for 1,3 ou 5 years. Renewal procedure must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will be removed.

There are no special conditions for registering a .COM.PT domain name. It is intended for use by commercial enterprises and businesses but it is a fully opened domain.

In other words, if your .COM.PT domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organization or private individual. You do not need to reside in Portugal or, for companies, to be set up in Portugal.
