You can manage your portfolio of domain names through two interfaces:

The rates applied are calculated based on the operating cost + 2€ maintenance costs. Rates are recalculated every day following changes in the exchange rate and domain name registrars’ prices. This calculation is simple and transparent:

• We do not apply a decreasing rate like other domain name registrars, you receive the best price from the first domain name you register
• We immediately pass on changes in domain name registrars’ prices.
  If a registrar reduces the registration price you will benefit immediately!
• We immediately pass on changes in the exchange rate.
  If the Euro becomes stronger and stronger compared to the $ or the £, you will benefit immediately!
• We only charge a 2€ maintenance cost per operation whether it be a registration, a transfer, a renewal or a restoration. Changes of owner however are charged at the going rate.

A prepaid account
All operations requiring payment are paid from a prepaid account in Euros and can be credited, with a minimum of 50 €, using any of the payment methods accepted by NETIM. The amount of the prepaid account can be recovered according to the contractual agreement.

Monthly invoicing
At the start of each month an invoice is created including all transactions that have been paid for in the last month, the account balance and a summary of all operations that have been paid for.

You therefore receive just one invoice per month to incorporate into your accounting.

We always intended for this reseller program to be used as a white label.

• We will never contact your clients directly, all information will be sent to you by email (please note however that we have no control over emails sent directly to your clients by domain name registrars.)
• In whois information about domain names, the contacts you specify will be listed (so long as this is possible with the registry).
  
  Also, for extensions where it is technically possible, we will clearly show your data as the reseller/provider.
• Our contact details and logo will not appear on any administration documents such as registration forms etc. Depending on the situation, you may have the opportunity to use your own forms.
