Registration:

You can register a .RS domain name whether you are a company, organization or private individual. You do not need to reside in Serbia or, for companies, to be set up in Serbia.

However registration of a .RS domain name is subject to the following restrictions:

Renewal:

A renewal extends the domain name from one to 9 years. Renewal procedure must be carried out before the domain's expiration date, otherwise the domain will be desactivated for 30 days before being removed. During this status, the domain is no longer active but can still be restored.

Change of owner:

This procedure allows the owner to sell a domain name to a third party. A written request from the owner (signed and stamped) that he is allowing owner change must sent back to NETIM.

Registration:

There are no special conditions to register a .CO.RS domain name. It is intended for use by commercial enterprises and businesses but it is a fully opened domain.

In other words, if your .CO.RS domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organization or private individual. You do not need to reside in Serbia or, for companies, to be set up in Serbia.
