Why an autorenewal feature ?
By default, we send notifications to the customer account email address at D-30, D-15, D-7, and in the morning of the expiration date.
However, we know by experience that the email address may change, and that owning an important portfolio implicates a very good management of every expiration dates, which is not always really obvious.
With the autorenewal feature, it is possible to simplify the expirations management. Thus, you won’t forget renewals of important domain names ! You do not have to care about paying your bills on time anymore.
How does it work ?
To take advantage of this service you have to :
- Activate the service for every domain names you want to autorenew in the control panel.
- Credit your customer account enough to cover the renewal fees.
Thus, 7 days before expiration of these domain names, on condition that your account is credited enough, we will automatically renew them and your invoice will be set up.
If your account is not credited enough, you will be sent a failure notification till the expiration date.
Autorenewal can not be activated on the expiration day, nor fulfilling the restoration of a domain name.
