With the publication of our new website, we decided to open the ordering phase to resellers.

Previously, resellers could only use the API or the web interface to perform the operations of registration or transfer. The ordering phase was closed to them.

Recognizing that these two interfaces can seem complicated to some resellers, particularly for those whom domain name sector is not the core business, it is now possible for them to order like traditional customers.

The only difference is that the final payment stage is replaced by a confirmation request to perform the requested operations. It will be checked by the balance of the prepaid account, and if the amount is sufficient, the order could be validated. So it is no longer needed to use the forms of the web interface in order to create contacts, check if mandatory fields are filled in, etc..

We believe that this improvement will satisfy a large number of customers recently upgraded as resellers and those with low activity.
