Some good news from Eesti Internet, the Estonian registry : from now, it is possible to register your .ee domain name for 1, 2 or 3 years.

Since the 23rd of February, a new domain registration system has been put into service by the Romanian registry. Real time domain name registration is now possible, and consequently transfers to Netim are available at cost price, which is only 12€ (VAT excluded). Starting 11 june 2013, accented domain names will be available to register with the .be extension.
DNS.be, the Belgian registry, decided to allow 33 characters, including all accented letters used in French, German and Dutch, and also in other languages such as Swedish, Finnish and Dannish. Find below all the characters allowed :
