The reseller program

  What is NETIM's reseller program ?

   You can resell our domain name services to your own clients with this program.

This program is primarily designed for companies offering domain names as part of their services such as website hosts, domain name registrars without certain accreditations, web agencies etc.

NETIM does not interfere in your relationship with your clients. All communication is managed by the reseller account. You retain total control and remain the sole intermediary between your clients and NETIM both for administrative and technical needs.

This program is reserved for registered companies. We will not accept individuals onto this program. The automation tools are incredibly flexible so that this program can be used by large companies who manage a large number of domain names.

You can use all the same services as our regular clients for example DNS management services, web and email redirection, local presence, etc. More information

Special features

Great freedom

The reseller program is completely free with no obligation to buy and without a minimum sign up period. You can change from a NETIM client account to a reseller account and vice versa for no cost.

Priority support

All your support requests will be dealt with before those of NETIM’s regular clients.

Appropriate rates
The rates applied are calculated based on the operating cost + 2€ maintenance costs. Rates are recalculated every day following changes in the exchange rate and domain name registrars’ prices.

• We do not apply a decreasing rate like other domain name registrars, you receive the best price from the first domain name you register
  
  
• We immediately pass on changes in domain name registrars’ prices.
  If a registrar reduces the registration price you will benefit immediately!
  
  
• We immediately pass on changes in the exchange rate.
  If the Euro becomes stronger and stronger compared to the $ or the £, you will benefit immediately!
  
  
• We only charge a 2€ maintenance cost per operation whether it be a registration, a transfer, a renewal or a restoration. Changes of owner however are charged at the going rate.

A prepaid account
All operations requiring payment are paid from a prepaid account. The account can be credited, with a minimum of 50 €, using any of the following payment methods accepted by NETIM: cheque, bank transfer, bank card or Paypal. The amount taken from the prepaid account can be recovered according to the contractual agreement. A prepaid account is only in euros.

Monthly invoicing
At the start of each month an invoice is created including all transactions that have been paid for in the last month, the account balance and a summary of all operations that have been paid for. You therefore receive just one invoice per month to incorporate into your accounts.

High performing tools
We supply tools to meet your automation and account management needs, including:

• An API for carrying out all available domain name operations such as registrations, renewals, transfers and updates. It has been designed to provide complete automation.
  
  This interface is based on the SOAP protocol and can be used with languages such as PHP, JAVA, C#, ...
  Consult technical documentation
  
  
• A dedicated web interface, based on our API, for managing your portfolio of domain names. It’s ideal if you do not need automation or if you want to manually carry out complex operations.
  
  You can also use this interface to manage your reseller account, increase your prepaid account, download invoices and track the status of current operations, etc.
  

As a white label

We always intended for this reseller program to be used as a white label.

• We will never contact your clients directly, all information will be sent to you by email (please note however that we have no control over emails sent directly to your clients by domain name registrars.)
  
  
• In whois information about domain names, the contacts you specify will be listed (so long as this is possible with the registry).
  
  
• Our contact details and logo will not appear on any administration documents such as registration forms etc. Depending on the situation, you may have the opportunity to use your own forms.
