  Customer Support Representative

You join the customer support team and you carry out following missions :

- customer support in French & English via the ticket system and vi email
- you perform manual operations on domain names
- you draft procedures of incident resolution

Above all you are passionate about Internet and new technology, you have a sense of customer service and you are concerned about the latter's satisfaction.

In a small company, your personality, your sense of service and your internet culture will be a major factor in obtaining this position.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong customer service
- Able to work under pressure

- A first experience in customer support
- Knowledge of and passion for Internet
- The practice of a third language (Dutch/Spanish) can be a determining factor

Lille – Euratechnologies (FRANCE)

Type of contract
One year fixed-term contract, can turn into a permanent contract
Work 5 days/week from Monday to Saturday

Monthly gross salary 1600 to 2200€ according to profile and experience
