.UY domain names are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

It is not possible to transfer a .UY domain name. The only way to transfer a domain name from one Registrar to another is to delete the domain name and the re-register it at the new Registrar. 

It is currently not possible to change the holder of your domain name.

The .uy extension does not support special characters.
