Payment methods

Netim provides you with different types of payment methods so you are free to pick what will best work for you based on your needs, preferences and selected currency.

Prepaid account

You can choose to top up your Netim account to make transactions easier and to reduce bank charges. Deposits are not invoiceable, they are readily-available funds you can use for your payments. This payment method can also be used with the automatic renewals and is the only one available to resellers. There is no limit on the amount you can deposit on your account.

Accepted currencies: EUR, USD, CHF, GBP.

How to top up your account:
You can credit your Netim account using any available means of payment. Just go to “My Account” then click “Payment methods”.

How to pay with your prepaid account:

  • Your remaining credit only partially covers the total
    Click the “apply” button on the “your maximum credit” line of the purchase order. You’ll have that option right before you’re asked to consent to our general terms and conditions. Your remaining will be deducted from the total and you’ll be able to select your preferred payment method to complete your order.
  • Your remaining credit fully covers the total
    When selecting your payment method, choose “Use my credit” and complete your order.

Credit cards

All transactions going through our website are secured with SystemPay. Once on the SystemPay screen, you’ll be asked to type in your credit card information. You’ll then be redirected to your bank verification screen. We never have access to or collect your credit card information in any way. All communications are SSL encrypted and cannot be intercepted or edited.

Exchange rate: USD, CHF, GBP To make transactions as simple and clear as possible, prices on the payment page are displayed in US dollars (USD), pounds sterling (GBP) or Swiss francs (CHF) as well as in euros (EUR).
In order to improve customer experience, all prices are converted from euros to any other currency (USD, GBP, CHF) you might choose to pay in.
As our bank account is in Euro, the amount withdrawn in other currencies (USD, GBP, CHF) will always match the original Euro cost of the product.
Thus, this withdrawal amount may vary since it is indexed to exchange rate fluctuations recorded by the European Central Bank.

Bank charges may apply to payments in EUR.

Your order is processed immediately. Some exceptions may apply if additional verifications are required.

Fraud prevention:
Most banks use the 3-D Secure protocol to further secure payments. You’ll be redirected to your bank verification screen and asked to provide additional information (one-time SMS passcode, password, date of birth...). If you don’t have the required information, please reach out to your bank.

You can also use PayPal without creating an account for secure credit transactions as an alternative to SystemPay.

Bank transfer

Accepted currencies: EUR, USD, CHF, GBP

Average processing time:
As soon as our bank has confirmed the transfer.
This can take from 1 to 3 working days, depending on your country.

Payment:
Payee reference must contain the following: CLIENT_ID/C/OrderNumber
(for example, if your client ID is ZZ1 and your order number is 11050, your payee reference should be ZZ1/C/11050)
All transfer charges are to be paid by the client.

Bank charges will apply to bank transfers carried out in a currency that does not match the currency your account was set in and to bank transfers originating from non-SEPA countries (please contact us).
